Specialty items like cheese steaks, funnel cake, kettle corn, pizza, BBQ, pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, hot dogs, Italian sausage sandwiches and hamburgers will be limited. No exclusives and no subletting your booth to someone else. Only the person named on contract and photo submitted will be permitted to setup. NO Cotton Candy, Candy Apples or boxed popcorn permitted. This is provided by Amusement Ride Company. *Soda, Coffee, & Water can be served by all food vendors. Breakfast can be served by any vendor. Please let us know, we are only allowing a few breakfast vendors. Rules and Conditions for 2022 Events at The Shoppes at Dragon Village Events - Click Yes to agree and sign below. *YesFood Items/Your Menu: All exhibits, concessions, items to be sold, etc are subject to the approval of The Shoppes at Dragon Village. All food items sold must be listed on the attached application or send us your menu. Hot Beverages, soda, water, etc are not considered in the food menu items. (No Popcorn, Candy Apples, Cotton Candy, or Pumpkin Pie). Only the food items approved on your contract by The Shoppes at Dragon Village will be permitted to be sold. Insurance Requirement for The Shoppes at Dragon 2022 Events: For the protection of festival goers, and your own protection, The Shoppes at Dragon Village requires a certificate of insurance of $1,000,000 liability insurance to participate in our 2022 events. The Shoppes at Dragon Village must have this certificate by no later than 1 week prior to each show. The Shoppes at Dragon Village as additionally insured. Health Permit: It is your responsibility to fill out the Cumberland County Health forms and send to the Health Department ASAP. The Shoppes at Dragon Village will be sending a list to the Health Department of the Food Vendors participating. Cumberland County Health Department will contact you or your local Health Department for approval. IF YOU DO NOT GET AN APPROVAL, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE, AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR DEPOSIT. DO NOT BE LATE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE ON TIME! Cooking with propane or open fire: You will be inspected by the local fire marshal prior to each event. Make sure you are up to date on all requirements. Water is available on the premises but not recommended to use for drinking. You must bring your own water hoses, adapters, extension cords, etc. We provide space only. Please bring portable water for your trailers. Rain date: The show runs rain or shine. This is an outdoor event. The show management and organizers have the right to close the show incase of severe weather. Vendors are encouraged to call 609-381-4462 for updated information. Parking: No vehicles or storage trailers behind your spots. Vehicles must be parked in vendor parking areas. Special arrangements can be made by calling Lizanne Pessolano 609-381-4462. Vehicles and Trailers may not drive on walkways. Ice: You must provide your own. Do not leave trash or oil behind when you pack out on Sunday Night. No packing out early. You must be open all show hours. In case of severe weather all food will be closed.
