Ascension by Breath is a one stop shop for all your spiritual needs. Whether you are stressed, need to release trauma/emotional blockages, or your chakras balanced, I got you... and that is just the tip of the iceberg. We can do this through Breathwork or Reiki. I use somatic release techniques as well as a few of my "Clairs" to help guide you. I do get channeled messages that I relay to you as well!
