Signing Up To Be A Vendor

  1. The application will be found below this section. The application deadline will be the Saturday before the event.

  2. You will receive an email with your confirmation, within 7 days.

  3. Another email will be sent the week of the event with the map and your vendor spot. Usually by Wednesday.

  4. Our events run rain or shine. All spots are outdoors. Vendor spots are 10x10. There are no refunds for vendor fees if you do not make an event.

  5. Sign up is flexible. You can do Saturday and Sunday, or just one day.

  6. Payment is expected when you sign up, via mailed check or cash or electronic payment via Paypal (info@shoppesatdragonvillage.com) or Venmo (@dragonvillage).

  7. Payments are ONLY MADE to Shoppes at Dragon Village, never to an individual person.

  8. If you sign up for multiple events, you have the option of paying for them as installments. Pay for each event as they come up.

  9. Beware of scammers. We are not responsible for anyone impersonating Shoppes at Dragon Village. Payments are never made to an individual person.

Setting Up For An Event

  1. If you signed up for Saturday only, or Saturday and Sunday, you can set up your spot on Friday, 3pm to 6pm. You can always wait until the day of. Setting up the day off begins at 8am. If you only signed up for Sunday, you can only set up Sunday morning.

  2. We have carts available to help you move your product from your car to your spot.

  3. You are responsible to supply your own tables, chairs, canopy, whatever you need for your set up. We do not supply these items.

  4. Once you unload your product, you need to remove your car from the circle driveway. Do not keep your car parked while you set up. Vendor parking is on the grass, behind the village.

  5. Do not drive on the walkway.

  6. One way signs will be posted. Please follow the signs. We are trying to alleviate congestion since the driveway isn't made for 2 lanes of cars in all areas.

Breaking Down For An Event

  1. Do not break down your product area any sooner than 30 minutes before the end of the event.

  2. If the train is running, you are not allowed to drive your vehicle around the outside driveway.

Misc. Information and Fees

  1. If it is a themed weekend, please dress accordingly. Examples are Renaissance, Halloween, Pirates and Mermaids, etc.

  2. Craft Vendors: $50 a day, or $90 for a weekend event.

  3. Food Vendors: Food vendor fee is $100 per day. If you are a baker with a Cottage Kitchen License, your vendor fee is $50 a day, or $90 for the weekend.

  5. If you cannot make an event, give us at least one week notice if possible. We understand there are emergencies, just be courteous.
